Home Workout

There are many benefits of working out at home, especially for those who work remotely from the comfort of their own dwelling.

The year 2020 was a year of global transformation for most of us. A lot of companies were forced to take the previously-dreaded step of transitioning to the work-from-home approach as a precautionary measure to protect their employees. At the same time gyms, yoga studios, and even parks closed to limit social interactions. As a result, many found themselves in the 4-wall isolation inside of their residences. Some saw this as a disastrous event that would disrupt all their fitness endeavors. Others saw this as an opportunity to explore new ways to work out and take care of their bodies.

Much to our surprise, we’ve discovered how convenient and effective home workouts can be. Similar conversations started popping-up in groups on Facebook and other online communities, in which participants were discussing the subject of “home vs gym workouts.”

It was interesting to see that people not only found many creative ways to workout with less equipment, but at the same time they spent a lot of time self-educating. Which changed their outlook on the topic of personal fitness, and often led to optimization or complete overhauls of their exercise regimens. Many claimed that they would never go back to the gym again.

The Approach

My approach is pretty simple. I walk you through a decision-making process similar to what it would’ve been if you had hired a personal trainer to create a custom exercise program. I show you what may come into consideration as your individual goals get translated into a set of physical activities (an exercise program, in other words) designed to address your current fitness or health issues. You will discover the many options and approaches to exercising, as well as learn to navigate these options and make optimal decisions.

Along the way, you’ll get introduced to some of the most important concepts well-known and widely used by industry experts. As a result, you will start to understand your body and learn to work with it effectively.

By using physical and mental stimulations you can send clear messages to your body. In return, it will speak back to you through transformations and positive changes you so desire. As you start enjoying this process, you will be able to turn it into a lasting habit. This will ensure that you stay fit and healthy for the rest of your life.
