To conclude the section (“What Seems to Be the Problem”) and to finally move on to putting together a practical plan for dealing with the problems associated with the sedentary lifestyle, I will demonstrate a hypothetical timeline of developing the common set of sedentary habits and adaptations. We will also briefly investigate their implications on one’s health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
We start the story of John Smith - a common sedentary professional - at his early days of movement explorations.
